The worst place to stay in Medellin

The place was filthy when we came in. Used condom wrappers on the floor. Towels and linen hanging, nothing was cleaned or prepared for us. There is no balcon. The place is super tiny, these size apartments normally rent for 300-400 mil in Medellin. It’s barely big enough for one person, and the condition the property was left in was unacceptable. When we asked the host about the used condoms and the trash that haven’t been taken out she just stopped responding to us. It was easy to check in and check out, but for the price the property isn’t worth it. Also a bar and a gym outside and there is noise 24/7 at this location. I don’t really care and I can sleep through anything, but it’s definitely louder than any other part of Medellin that I have stayed. I wouldn’t stay here again and I recommend finding a different place. This is worst case last option available kind of spot.
