The elevator on the right got stuck with us inside. We pressed the emergency button for about five minutes, but nobody came. We had to call reception three times before they answered the phone. They offered no solution to open the elevator; they just said that maintenance had already been informed, but they didn't give us an estimated time of arrival. The elevator had no air conditioning and smelled strongly. We had to open it ourselves, little by little, with our hands. Nobody ever showed up.
