We got to the room around 11pm for a 1 night stay, settled in, showered, and got ready for bed. When we pulled back the sheets on the bed, there was dirt or food crumbs all over the mattress. We called the front desk and an employee brought us new room keys. The second room was OK, but I had to wonder what was going on. Got up early the next day and left. Nice area with plenty of options. Hopefully, our experience was a 1 time occurrence.

Staff was unprofessional. Even though I have been a Hilton honor member for more than 20 years, the receptionist refused to acknowledge that and give me a bottle of water or a cookie. The issue was not a cookie or the bottle of water, the issue was the courtesy of the staff member who pretended dhe did not have time to look up my Hilton number even though she did not have anyone other customer to serve. Her answer was "because you booked through a third party company, you are not eligible .....". Of course I know that's not the case especially I have had stayed in Hilton hotels/properties more than 300 times the last 10 years.
