The main house of a former farm nestled in the countryside, the Gîte du Boucherand is a beautiful detached cottage with a large 30 m² terrace overlooking a fountain and a large, unfenced garden (4600 m²).

Nearby: Lavaudieu and its cloister (13 km), the Botanical Conservatory and Château de Chavaniac-Lafayette (6 km), the medieval village of Allègre (gallows, Mont Bar peat bog) (19 km), La Chaise-Dieu (28 km). All shops and services are available in Paulhaguet (3 km). Accessible at ground level via a ramp, the ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility: kitchen/dining room, living room (TV, DVD player), one bedroom (one double bed), and a shower room with adapted toilet.

On the first floor are three more bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), one with three single beds (90 cm), and one with two single beds (90 cm). The latter two bedrooms can be connected. A bathroom and a separate toilet are also located on this floor.

Electric heating is charged extra based on consumption (12 kWh included per day).

Baby equipment: one travel cot and one high chair. There is an exterior access ramp with a wheel guard. A parking space is located right next to the access ramp.

Ground floor: The shower room and toilet are wheelchair accessible, with grab bars in the shower and toilet. There is an adjustable mirror. The kitchen sink is lowered with legroom. Electrical switches are at wheelchair height.
