This brand new 9th Floor Condo in Pearl Tower Mazatlán offers unobstructed oceanfront views of one of the most beautiful quiet beaches in the area from the living, dining, kitchen, and master bedroom areas. Open floor with spacious dining area and living room. Sit on the oversized balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean, take a walk on the beach, lounge by the pool, have a massage, sit in the sauna, or exercise in the fully equipped oceanfront Gym.
