Gite adjacent to housing for the owner, unopposed, with private garden and nice view on the Lake of the mountains. In the garden is also a porch and a small pond. Storey, living room with sitting area and open kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, wc. Baby equipment. Electric heating, fireplace with insert. A few minutes from Mazamet Mazamet and the medieval city of Hautpoul heights, mountain lake is one of the meccas of the Montagne Noire. Almost 700 m above sea level, it is at the heart of the summer a freshness step where it is good to Mauritius. Swimming, hiking, biking, fishing, between Beach and shadows, water and forest is there together to offer many activities, in a generous and unspoilt nature. The FIR is the almost feet in the water, face at the base of recreation on the other shore.
