The resort was nice with a few complaints. The food quality is not worth the prices they charge. Our bathroom sink had a sewage smell to it. Their fire pit did not turn on and the hot tub was "sealed off". Also, there is no night life around the resort, it has a wonderful and chill vibe to it but there is very little to do around the resort.

The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. However, $40 self parking daily fee is insane. It is the only reason why we would choose another hotel next time.

Our server Cara was remarkable from the start. So warm and welcoming making us feel special on our honeymoon from the moment we walked in the door!! Food was pricey for what you got, guess you’re paying for the view. Pool staff not super helpful, spent most of their time goofing off when guests were struggling with umbrellas and there was definitely a towel shortage. Also the 2 pools on property are not kid friendly and have very slippery tiles on the stairs entrance and exits.

Everything about this resort was beautiful. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in one of the ocean front bungalows for our honeymoon in September 2025. From the time we arrived we knew this would be an experience we could remember forever. The beach and pools were steps away from our room and we even saw dolphins from the shore. An unforgettable experience. Cleanliness was top tier and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We didn’t care for the restaurant, it was expensive and the food wasn’t the greatest, but Whalers Village is a short distance via resort-provided trolley and we ended up going there most nights. Overall, we would highly recommend this resort, you won’t be disappointed!

Very relaxing and beautiful resort! The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. The on-site restaurant has delicious, up-scale food and great cocktails. The beach and nightly music offered a very relaxing atmosphere that we enjoyed so much! Will definitely be coming back whenever we can!

Very nice resort. I stayed in the hotel tower and I was upgraded to an ocean view which was wonderful! My room was king bed and very spacious. Room was clean. Furnishings are old and wood but well kept which I prefer to the modern art deco a lot of hotels are now. I think it adds to the island vibe. The bungalows are newly renovated and spacious and have green space which is nice for families. The resort grounds are beautiful with a beautiful view of the ocean and nice walking areas. The resort is quiet and peaceful. There is a free trolley that runs every 30 minutes that picks you up at the hotel and stops at the other resorts in the area and stops at the Whalers Village outdoor shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant offers breakfast buffet and lunch and dinner menus. The restaurant is open air as are all the restaurants in the resort areas so expect the birds. Bar is open all day. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and kind valet staff. The front desk not so much. I did appreciate that they had a wheelchair available to be used by guests. One issue I found that needs to be addressed is the mini fridge. It never got cold and we weren’t able to maintain our drinks cold. The property is beautiful and well maintained with beautiful views. We would definitely recommend it.

Clean room with exceptional ocean views. Staff were wonderful. Beach was incredible. Food was good, but lacking in GF options & quite expensive. No microwave in tower rooms to heat up leftovers tho. Free trolley to/from Whaler’s Village, however I walked there & it was not far at all. I will definitely come back!

Staff was excellent. Be sure to get breakfast and luau show package definitely worth it. Rented a car and parking was 40. Per day and taxes at the end were a few hundred more. We had incredible pictures and memories, overall worth every penny
