Clean but basic property. Staff did not speak English but very pleasant to deal with. Parking a walk around the corner, not clear on booking but a map supplied on check-in. All extras (coffee etc) on stand in foyer.

建築・設備とも「昭和のビジホ」、といったところです。まず、ややマイナス点としてホテル敷地内に駐車場は無く、徒歩数分圏のいくつかの駐車場に駐めるスタイルです。岡谷の治安については分かりかねますが、「クルマ命！」という方は気になるかも。雨の日もちょっと不便です（傘を貸し出しています）。館内に夕食をとれる施設はありません。周辺食事店のマップをくれます。車通りの多い県道？市道？沿いで、騒音（クルマの走行音や救急車）はやや気になるかも。部屋についてもドアは鉄板なので廊下の話し声等は気になります。 Wifiはあります。小型冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポット、ドライヤー（ユニットバスに設置のものでなく家電仕様のもの）もあります。コンセントの数が少ないですが、3つ口の延長コードタップがありました。ユニットバスのトイレ便器に保温便座はなく（アメニティとして使い捨て便座マットが提供されています）、ウォッシュレットもありません。シャワー混合栓は、温水冷水のそれぞれの栓を自分で調整するタイプで面倒といえば面倒。浴衣はフリーサイズしか無いので大柄の方はやや不便。私は178cmややメタボ体型なので窮屈でした。スタッフの方の対応は気持ちよかったです。これらを承知して利用するならば値段相当で、私は概ね満足でした。

冷蔵庫の音が気になってコンセントを抜きました。ユニットバス洗面台のカビはカビキラーで除去できるレベルなので次は持参します。週末でもリーズナブルに宿泊できてよかったです。
