"I had somehow booked a single room when there were 2 of us and the helpful staff offered us a double room for a small fee. The room was superficially clean. Air conditioning worked ok but the fan was so noisy, that you couldn’t sleep with it on. Windows were single glazing and loud traffic noise from outside could be heard all night. Staff made a real effort at breakfast, introducing us to some Indian food, but also offered omelette. Overall, the property seemed a bit tired, but staff were helpful and was acceptable for the price."

"Excellent hotel and excellent staff. Mr. Ravi Vaze, Mr. Marshall, Mr. Siddhesh from Citrus Restaurant, Mr. Sandeep from concierge have a knack to make each guest feel so special! Mr. Nambiar makes exquisite South Indian dishes which are so delicious and special! Mr.Jadhav helped keep the room super clean and welcoming! Because of all people mentioned, customers like me keep coming back so many times!"

"My experience at this hotel was average. On the plus side , hotel was clean and well maintained and it is conveniently located near the airport. Some of the staff members were friendly and helpful. However there are several drawbacks. They don’t provide microwave service in their rooms and there is not any study room or desk as advertised.The breakfast options are limited to a repetitive menu, mostly South Indian food. They also don’t provide shuttle service as mentioned The strong scent in the reception area was also overwhelming."
