Muy mala experiencia

La experiencia fue bastante mala. Al llegar al hotel no recibimos ni siquiera unas palabras de bienvenida. Nos dejaron esperando como 10 minutos y despuĂ©s nos dieron la llave y no nos explicaron ni dĂłnde estaba la habitaciĂłn. Tuvimos que pasar con las maletas por medio de un camino lleno de piedras porque no nos dijeron que habĂ­a una escalera dentro del hotel para poder subir, sĂ­ el hotel no tenĂ­a elevador. Cuando fuimos a comer al restaurante en la noche vimos todas las cestas de pan llenas de moscas. DespuĂ©s comenzĂł una tormenta y entrĂł agua al restaurante. TambiĂ©n se fue la corriente y nos dijeron que no podĂ­an darnos nada de comer. DespuĂ©s cuando vino la corriente lo Ășnico que nos iban a dar era ensalada y unos quesos. La mesera nos tratĂł bien mal. Al otro dĂ­a cuando nos pusieron las toallas, estaban con un olor insoportable y manchadas. Tampoco hicieron las camas. Estas tambiĂ©n tenĂ­an unas sĂĄbanas que daban bastante calor. El aire no estaba muy bueno tampoco. La verdad este ha sido el peor hotel que hemos visitado.

Great for a short stay, pool area is very good and the room was spacious. Food was hit and miss in the restaurant had a steak and couldn’t cut it without shaking the bottle of water off the table, I did mention this to the staff as couldn’t eat it and they just shrugged and walked away. Hotel is in a great location for the chambord castle.

Business trip stay

Our stay was good and comfortable. We arrived late (just after 9pm) the restaurant was closed so we couldn't order food, only 'tapas' was available, deep fried frozen food which was horrible! Buffet breakfast was good. You have to collect a hairdryer from reception if you need one so best to do that before you go to your room.

Good hotel, the only suggestions I would like to provide to the hotel is to remove laundry facilities from your amenities list as I was told by the front desk that there were none on the property. One of the main reasons I select a hotel when I travel with a family is because of coin operated laundry facilities. Also, for dinner service there was only 1 waitress who had to serve over a dozen tables by herself so she was never able to come check on us.

Great price and location.

Good price 20 min bike ride from Chambord. Nice big door into gravel area to load bikes. Helpful staff. Restaurant questionable.

L’hĂŽtel est trĂšs bien situĂ© et rĂ©novĂ© pour sa partie extĂ©rieure. La salle principale oĂč se prennent les repas est trĂšs agrĂ©able ainsi que la piscine. Un bĂ©mol sur la propretĂ© : le mĂ©nage dans les parties communes laisse est partiel avec des papiers ou des morceaux de plinthes Ă©caillĂ©es Ă©parpillĂ©es. Les poignĂ©es de portes dans les salles de bain Ă©taient cassĂ©es lors de notre sĂ©jour. Nous avons trouvĂ© surprenant le fait d’ĂȘtre facturĂ©s Ă  la journĂ©e pour le lit supplĂ©mentaire notre enfant. Il est regrettable que la rĂ©novation de l’établissement ait Ă©tĂ© faite Ă  l’économie (sol, poignĂ©es et peintures ne rĂ©sisteront pas Ă  l’usage intensif quotidien de l’hĂŽtel). Le staff est agrĂ©able et serviable mais les tenues vestimentaires relĂšvent plus de la tenue de plage que de l’accueil d’hĂŽtellerie. La bonne volontĂ© des employĂ©s ne cache pas le manque de management ou l’absence d’un chef d’équipe digne de ce nom. Dommage car on sent une Ă©quipe volontaire et jeune qui ne demanderait qu’à monter en gamme et en qualitĂ© de service.
