Looking for the picture perfect, luxury getaway in desirable Maushop Village, just steps to the beach? You have arrived. This newly renovated, new to rental market, end-unit property has one of the best views in all of Maushop with unobstructed water views from almost every room in the house.

The Community: Maushop Village is a Nantucket style, master planned community featuring impeccable landscaping, sea shell lined paths and of course the best part: a stunning private beach. Stroll 5-10 minutes to the Popponesset Marketplace for morning coffee and pastries, lunchtime lobster roll at the Raw Bar and evening live music and ice cream during the summer. Not to mention several other fine eateries (and don't forget the mini golf course!).

The Property: Stunning renovation in 2023. This pristine property is the ideal spot for soaking in the sun, relaxing in luxury and, of course, enjoying the spectacular ocean views. The first floor features a fully renovated kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances (Subzero fridge), custom cabinetry and stone countertops. The dining area has a charming and functional banquette with an expandable dining table that comfortably seats 6+. The cozy living room is a great spot to relax or entertain, including mounted Smart TV. Living room also has a brand new West Elm queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 1-2 additional guests. First floor bedroom has brand new twin beds/mattresses - perfect for guests or kiddos, along with a bassinette. Upstairs prepare to be wowed by stunning master bedroom with brand new queen bed/mattress, walk-in closet and luxurious new master bath with custom tile shower with pebble floor. All new wide plank wood floors throughout, custom millwork and light fixtures. Finally, as part of the renovation, 3 brand new Mitsubishi mini-split AC/Heating systems were installed (living room and both bedrooms).

The Views: You will likely spend the majority of your time on the two brick paver patios, one of which is perfectly perched to overlook the sweeping ocean views of Nantucket Sound. Snuggle up with a book (or a glass of wine) or enjoy a BBQ feast while taking in the constantly changing canvas of blue sea and sky. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Perfect property for my family of four. It’s just a few footsteps and a set of stairs from the beach, so we could easily take bathroom breaks or get out of the sun. We walked over to Poppy Place for coffee every morning, and my kids loved the walking trail off the road. Carrie was very responsive to any questions we had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
