Enjoyed this condo very much, everything was clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the host. Kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t use it other than the coffee maker. They make check in and check out very easy. It was chill while we were there but beautiful views out the back of the condo overlooking a golf course. We would love to stay here again! Lovely 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in a very quiet, safe area. Lots of food options and recreation nearby, and I went for a run one morning in the safe, quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay at Ethan’s condo! First of all, there was Great Communication with the host throughout the stay! The condo was clean, the beds comfortable too. The location was a little off the beaten path but quick to get to Mashpee Commons and Falmouth where we needed to go.

This lovely property is nestled on a golf course. It is very quiet and well appointed with everything you need. There is a kitchen filled with great appliances and all amenities to cook with.The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms have all shower accessories.

Cape family vacation

We (girls 7 and 10, my husband and I) had a great vacation at Ethan's New Seabury Condo. The place is perfect for a family--spacious but cozy, well appointed but not cluttered. Very close to South Cape Beach, Popponesset Inn, Mashpee Commons, etc. Ethan was cordial and responsive, and everything was easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!
