This hotel is under new management and it isnt for the better. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and had just 6 months ago. The room was absolutely filthy. I called for clean towels and didnt get them for almost 2 hours. Our key cards didnt work twice and had to go back and get them reprogrammed. I will not stay at this hotel again

Excellent place to get a good nights sleep. Bed was thick and comfortable. Heat was good. Water was good. Room was exceptionally clean. Nice pillows to lay with. Could have used a few more towels but that's about it. Totally enjoyed our stay here.

One and done

So the good part was the bed, at least, was clean and comfortable. The bad part was the room had an odor to it that reminded me of cat urine. The shower had a few long dark hairs (mine are short and gray) but the worst part was the (white) shower curtain which was a yellowish brown on the bottom foot or so with some pieces of black something stuck on it. The breakfast offering of sausage patty and biscuit ended up being thrown in the garbage; I'm not fussy but this wasn't good. There was cereal, juice and fruit though so I was able to fuel up for the day. The manager was having a bit of computer problem when I checked out and didn't ask how things were so I didn't get a chance to tell him his room needed a little love.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place was an absolutely terrible and I regret ever staying. The shower backed up terribly, there were ants all over the shower, boogers and stains on our walls, and stains and cigarette burn holes on the blankets. We had a drug deal in the parking lot, some guy snooping around cars, and a prostitute coming around for some people upstairs. The front desk staff was not very friendly and were basically worthless when it came to complaining. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. Convenient to Summit Point. BUT Room was stuffy and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Filter in the AC unit had not been cleaned in a very long time. Hair from prior tenant or pet on the floor in bathroom. Not very clean.

Very dirty, the shampoo and body soap in shower were both empty. Never had any service to change out trash cans or towels. Found bed bugs. The carpet was worn and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in years. Terrible place to stay!!

It is not quiet (traffic). AC unit works very loudly also. We were there for 4 days, nobody came to make the bed, or empty the trash. The front desk was very helpful, however, when we wanted to change rooms on the first day.
