Bad services

The experience was swiped terrible. We ended up not staying with them when me and my partner went up to our room. The bedsheets were full of hair and full of stains and dirt everywhere and stains everywhere. The cleanliness was horrible. The smell was intense. I do not recommend staying here.

Bathroom door heavily soiled on the inside. Dirt & dust in the corners of the floor. Exhaust fan has dust balls & is dirty. Flies in bathroom. Hair conditioner bottle was EMPTY. Filters on AC unit have not been cleaned in a long time. Dogs were barking in an adjacent room which prevented us from obtaining proper rest & sleep. I will NEVER stay here again.

Great location, very clean and newly refuebished

Newly renovated, our room was super comfortable and super clean. The fridge was pretty large, also had hair dryer and ironing board as well. Location can’t be beat.

Area outside of room doors was malodorous - unsure of source. Rooms had not been thoroughly cleaned and stocked. Bedding was dirty. Bathroom (toilet, shower curtain) was dirty. Shower did not drain (after 5 minutes in the shower, there was 3 inches of standing water). Shampoo and body wash not refilled. Location was convenient for our needs, but would not recommend or stay there again.
