r key wouldn’t open door and they tried to give us a one bed from a two bed for 2 adults and 4 kids my medication and the kids diapers r lock in the room and they r trying to say we can’t get in til tomorrow this is crazy

My double Rm. # 113 next to the pool and hot tub was not ready. Bed un made. Trash cans full. Down graded to a small single rm. 136 which had discusting stains on the cloth upholstered chair. No wash cloths in the bathroom. One of the two folded towels was wet. The TV volume was limited to a whisper that could not complete with the street noise or the party upstairs. No phone in rm. no ice machine in facility. Please do not recommend this poorly managed facility. Front door was locked in the morning. No one to talk to about this dump. Looks great from the outside though.

BOYCOTTING CHOICE HOTELS!!

WE WERE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STSY BECAUSE WE NEEDED TO RE-SCHEDULE OUR STAY DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. OUR COMPANY WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER STAY @ A CHOICE HOTEL... AND WE TRAVEL A LOT! The staff didn’t wanna give me a refund because when i booked it never said that I had to do a deposit of 200 dollars so I told them I wanted a refund and the manager told his staff to say to us that they can’t refund us are money and they also held my id didn’t even give it back to me once they were done looking at it

I usually stay here but this particular was not okay! I barely got rest due to a lot of loud activity outside including an alarm that kep going off on a car and the building washer woke us out of sleep early Sunday morning. That type of activity should take place after check out because that machine is extremely loud! Not a peaceful stay at all!

They had to change my room 3 times. The smoke detector beeping. 2nd room the couch is missing. 3rd room the here didn't go passed 70°. It used to be me and my husband hangout, not so much.
