All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My room was so awesome, clean, lots of space for relaxing, not just a bed and TV. Nice and quiet too.

Room was very clean. Everything was in good shape. traveled with pet. Bed was super comfortable. Room was spacious. Had the king size bed. Shower had, good hot water and a lot of pressure. Would be five stars except for shampoo was empty and light bulb burnt out and shower head loose in the wall. Otherwise would definitely stay again. Good value for what you got. Breakfast was good

Overbooked king rooms so gave us a 2 queen room. Weird We did find out until we got in room and I asked what was up. Front desk staff gave us bad keys but housekeeper got us good keys

The only negative was the breakfast, the waffle maker was broken and hadn't been replaced yet. But I'm sure it wasn't the hotel's fault. Staff was friendly & helpful. Everytime I come to newton I stay here. It's close to I-80 so it's convenient to travel.

The room had an unidentifiable obnoxious smell which was strong enough to make it difficult to sleep. The bed was like a hammock, everything rolls to the middle which made sleeping even more difficult. To top it all off I paid for the stay in advance only to discoverd my card was later charged $25 for undisclosed “incidentals”. Very deceptive and underhanded. Never Again!!!

The Oregon Trail

Skylar checked us in. She was very efficient and great to talk with. We have been on the road to Oregon and back for about 3 weeks, and this property was by far the best we have stayed in on our trip.

It was very clean & your front desk gal was great! We chatted for awhile. Room condition was good, but the sofa was very old, missing so fabric or covering. So even though the couch looked very clean, it felt dirty.
