Bathroom had towels from previous guest still in the bathtub. Shower curtain was moldy. Floor was not vacuumed. Towels were barely bigger than hand towels. Nonsmoking room smelt of heavy smoke. Trash bins in parking lot overflowing.

I would look at a different motel

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything
Location: went to the race at MIS. Would have rather camped at the track then stay at this place
The person at the front desk barely spoke English and had me sign a receipt for my extra night, she never asked for a credit card but then produced a receipt for me to sign for $201.00. asked her what the rate for the extra night was and she did not understand. Then she asked me to sign the electronic pad and the total on that one was $359.00 I asked and she stated she would make adjustments. Then Sunday morning the owner rings my room and asked if we were staying over? i went to the lobby and he said she did not charge me anything and it would be $78.00. He also informed me that Travelocity ripped me off and overcharged me. I thought that was funny. The material on the ceiling was falling on the floor and bed the entire weekend.. This place is a dump. Don't waste your money it was not a pleasant stay

Older style motel with reasonable prices and clean rooms.

Our family had to stay at this motel for two weeks when our house burned down. We had two rooms. One was a king sized bedroom, and the other was a room with two double beds. Both rooms were clean and stocked with toiletries. Both had clean, working appliances, clean showers/tubs, and clean linen. Our stay was very comfortable. The owners, who run the place were very helpful and friendly and courteous, and attended to our needs quite well. They were there every time we had a request, and our needs were met at all times. All in all, our stay was quite pleasant. The motel is clean and comfortable. It may not be fancy like some big chain hotels, but it's very fine for the money. A lot cheaper than the other area hotels, and nicer than the ones in the area with similar prices. Very good deal and won't leave you broke when you check out! I would recommend this motel to anyone in town who wants a comfortable and quiet place to relax after whatever brought you to town is over for the night. Give it a try!
