Completely renovated with taste in 2019, you will immediately be seduced by its beautiful sea view and its refined seaside decoration.
Very bright, air-conditioned and offering all modern comforts, we have thought of it in every detail so that you will feel at home.
The linen is provided.
With a capacity of 4 beds (one bedroom with 140x190 bed and a 140 x 200 convertible sofa in the living room), it offers all modern comfort: air conditioning, very high speed wifi (fiber), 43 inch flat screen TV, Netflix access, fully equipped kitchen (washer-dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezing compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, food processor, etc. ...)
The bus station and several paying car parks are in the immediate vicinity (Bérouard car park, La Tasse car park, Port de Plaisance car park).
The beaches can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
A cleaning service is provided before each arrival.
