This place had a bad smell in the buildings halls and main areas, thankfylly the room was ok. The room was small and had no extras, it had the bed and bathroom all clean. The buffet was not worth the cost, it had processed meat (2 kinds) cheese, breads, cearial yougart and eggs you boiled. Only stayed 1 night as it was to pungent. I would not stay long term. It is close to the metro so that was convenient.

The receptionist was so helpful to us especially when we didn’t get our food order from uber Eats. The rooms are exceptionally small, and the neighborhood near the Train station dis not feel safe to walk in even at 5:30PM in broad daylight. The Google Maps directions to this Hotel took us all the way around the station and then down the street. I suggest after receiving a booking this Hotel email the guests directions on which exit to use out of the trains station. Walking around this massive block area, uphill at times, with luggage was not fun and totally avoidable!

The location is great, especially if you are traveling by train, because the train station is just one block away and a few minutes from Plaza de la Comedia. The main attractions are within walking distance. The room is big, with good space that makes me feel really comfortable, and a plus is having a mini kitchen furnished, which makes me feel even more comfortable. For sure, next time I will choose this place and totally recommend it.

A good 'traveler's hotel' conveniently located close to the Saint-Charles train station (though, if you have wheeled luggage, you have to make a long detour to avoid the large staircase in front of the train station). The included breakfast was good.

I was disappointed in this hotel as it was not up to other Ibis Style standards. It is a basic hotel. It was clean with nice sheets and towels. No cupboard space to unpack clothes so room does not invite you to stay long. Good breakfast.

Basic Room - No Kettle

Very basic room - no kettle or bottled water. Room size was fine and tv with chromecast a nice touch.Staircases and lobby had a pungent aroma.

An itchy experience

Hotel well located if you need an early morning train. Friendly reception staff. However, bedbugs tarnished my stay. Got a really strong reaction and now have to be on steroids. Pest control may need to fumigate all rooms as a preventive measure for future guests. Stains on the only bathroom towel provided, toilets flushing button not sealed properly which came off, etc. I have enjoyed all Ibis/Accor group experiences I have had in the past in other French cities/abroad. This was not my most enjoyable stay.

Good stay and great team

At first, we tought the images were not in line with the expectations, but finally we realised they was a patio with an area to work which was oir initial need for our stay. The team was friendly and helpful at all time. Hotel is well located if you travel in and out of the gare saint charles. Breakfast is good.
