Great place to relax

Really loved staying at this relaxing beach town. It is a 30 min drive to Marcilles, having a car is helpful for this reason, even to get to the local downtown. We used Bolt and that was fine. I would stay here again but with the agenda to just stay and relax and swim… Cat was very friendly. Water shoes recommended. Float for the water also recommended.

Amazing location and views

The location, garden and views are amazing. We noticed in other postings that you need to take care of a very nice cat. This includes cleaning the litter box. A binder of instructions, including how to care for a cat, would be very helpful. Overall we had a wonderful time and loved being so close to the sea and hiking trails.

La veille de notre arrivée nous avons reçu un mail nous spécifiant que 2 chats seraient présents sans que ce soit notes dans l’annonce. Il nous a été demandé de les nourrir. Sur l’annonce aussi, il est annoncé 4 chambres plein sud et une des chambre est sans fenêtre et voisine des toilettes où il y avait la caisse des chats. Nous avons donc été déçu et nous avons du prendre un hôtel pour 3 nuits car dormir à côté de la caisse à chat n’était pas possible et surtout une des personnes était allergique au chat. Donc déçu et pas très bien informé.

les vacances les pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons passe une semaine extraordinaire dans cette charmante maison, dans laquelle je repartirais sans hesiter. La mer est juste au pied de la maison, on peut entendre les vague en s;endormant, un pur moment de Bonheur et de relaxation. Les enfants ont adores jouer sur la petite plage de rochers, snorkeling, chasse aux crabes. Merci de permettre la decouverte de ce lieu fantastique en louant votre maison.

Beautiful Location

We loved the house. The location of the property is as good as the photos suggest. The main living room and large outside decking area as well as 2 of the upstairs bedrooms look directly on to the sea. There is a small rocky beach just below the house where you can swim easily in clear water and 100m away is a popular and family friendly sandy beach with a couple of restaurants. Carry-le-Rouet centre and any shops or bakery are a drive away from the beach area so you will need transport. Also bear in mind that this is not a full time rental but rather the owners house that is let with all their furnishing etc for 2 months in the summer so there are some extra responsibilities. The owner is very helpful and knowledgable of the local area, speaks excellent English and was available at any time. This was perfect for a relaxing holiday right next to the sea.

Les pieds dans l'eau

Pas de surprise avec l'annonce, la maison est vraiment au bord de l'eau ! La première nuit est presque assourdissante de vagues :-) On pourrait rajouter, que la plage devant la maison (plage Blanche avec accès privé depuis la maison - prendre masque et tuba) est une plage de galets, qu'à 100m de la maison on trouvera une plage de sable (plage du rouet - parfait pour les enfants), qu'il y a à 100m également le club de voile de Carry pour les passionnés, ils organisent plein de stages pour occuper toute la famille. Sinon l'endroit est super, Claudine est vraiment disponible si vous avez besoin de qqchose. Ce n'est pas une maison de vacance, puisque les propriétaires y habitent le reste de l'année, et donc que leurs affaires sont là. C'est donc plus ambiance Airbnb que loc d"été. A vous de trouver votre bonheur ! Nous on est tous prêt à y retourner.

Situation exceptionnelle pour cette maison louée l'été dernier . Nous y avons passé une semaine Extra , les pieds dans l'eau et dans un calme absolu ... Madame Wilde , la propriétaire est vraiment très sympa et de bon conseil pour les activités à faire dans la région en dehors du farniente terrasse ou plage ! Les enfants comme les parents y trouveront leur compte sans problème . La maison est Nickel , super équipée , l'agencement , la déco , tout est de bon goût . En deux mots , " Un régal " et d'ailleurs nous y retournons cet été pour mais cette fois pour 2 semaines ! Bon choix Garanti ;-))

Petit coin de paradis les pieds dans l'eau

Mon amie et moi cherchions une maison au bord de l’eau pour passer les deux dernières semaines du mois d’Aout avec notre fils et aussi y recevoir des amis. Nous sommes tombés sur cette villa par hasard et nous avons eu un coup de cœur immédiat. La maison est très pratique et s’ouvre au RDC sur une très belle terrasse à 10 mètres de la mer ! La vue est exceptionnelle et nous avons profité du coucher de soleil tous les soirs. J’ai pu partir en vélo directement de la maison pour rouler dans les collines et sur la Côte bleu, un régal. L’accès sécurisé par un gardien est vraiment bien (aucun passage de voiture !) et permet de s’isoler complément au calme sans le va et viens de touristes, c’est une vraie résidence privée. Carry est idéalement située, a 15 minutes de Marseille et 35 d’Aix-en-Provence. Parfais pour rayonner sur la région. Rien à redire par rapport à la description de la maison, elle est très fidèle. Au final, un très bon souvenir et un lieu d’exception où on se sent bien dès le début.

La vue est la maison en tant que tel était magnifique, dépaysement assurée avec vue sur mer. Petit problème concernant la maison, étant la maison de la propriétaire en elle même on ne pouvais pas toucher à grand chose. On ne se sentait pas allez dans la maison d'une personne qui y vit à l'année. La propriétaire passant en plus régulièrement sur une semaine de vacance. Pas très agréable d'avoir la propriétaire coller au derriere. Je pense que cette maison ne devrait pas être louer tant elle demande beaucoup d'exigence vis à vis de la proprio.

Lieu magnifique

L'endroit n'est pas loin d'Aix et de Marseille mais vraiment au calme, les pieds dans l'eau. Le petit jardin avec terrasse bois surplombe la mer. Vue mer panoramique de quasiment toutes les pièces, maison propre et soigné. Très bon accueil par Mme. Wilde. C'est la deuxième fois que nous sommes venues.

Ce que l'on rêve dans les vacances

Nous sommes venus l'année dernière et cette année à partir du 1er juin pour trois semaines. Merci claudine pour votre excellent accueil! Nous avons obtenu plein de bon conseil pour découvrir la région. La maison est très propre, les aménagements intérieurs sont très bonne qualitée. Le lieux est magique avec une vue exceptionnelle. la plage de sable est juste devant à 3 PAS. On reviendra l'année prochaine, c'est sur!!

wonderful seaside family holiday

We spent a wonderful week in Carry by the sea. A nice, bright, quite, modern family home, directly on the beach. Very comfortable house and especially child friendly. The renter is very warm and welcoming - super helpful. Recommended!
