L'Arbousier is a detached cottage with terrace, in a heavenly setting in the land of cicadas, on the Terres du Baguier estate. 4-star Meublé de Tourisme classification.

Peace and quiet, surrounded by pine and olive trees, 3 km from the sea, set in 10,000 m² of grounds with a large infinity pool (12 x 6) with relaxation areas and sun loungers. Heated, open-air swimming spa.
Private golf practice with putting green, approach areas, practice cage with radar.
Children's games, petanque area.

The beautifully decorated gite comprises a main room with an open-plan kitchen opening onto a lounge, a separate bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. A mezzanine offers additional sleeping accommodation for two people. Outside, a large private terrace with views over the garden and countryside.

This uninterrupted peace and quiet is just a stone's throw from all the entertainment:
- Provence's daily markets (La Ciotat, Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, Bandol, Sanary, Le Beausset etc.).
- The calanques between La Ciotat and Cassis, and between Cassis and Marseille by boat or on foot.
- On the Bandol side, the customs officers' path along the creeks and inlets offers a breathtaking view of the islands. This is a 2-hour walk from La Madrague to Bandol, with a picnic along the way to enjoy the scenery.
- The route des crètes between La Ciotat and Cassis, a winding road with unforgettable views.

Parking tres adapté et site sécurisé pour les animaux surtout dans ce magnifique parc.Tout etait impeccable, l’accueil, le logement le site exceptionnel toutes les infrastructures sont en très bon état et entretenues.Nous conseillons vivement cette location exceptionnelle c’est un dépaysement total en pleine nature mais très près de toutes les jolies villes alentours. Un enchantement

Nous avons passé vraiment un sejour de rêve. Bien trop court au final. L endroit est destressant au possible avec une vue de carte postale. L hote est vraiment tres accueillante et sympathique car nous avons eu la possibilité d arriver plus tot pour pouvoir deposer nos vélos. Elle est tres a l'écoute Dans le gite tout y est c'est parfait .on reviendra merci pour tout

Cadre agréable

Éloigné de la ville, ce qui est appréciable. Logement fonctionnel. Sympas pour un couple avec deux enfants. 3 gites sur le site, ce qui reste confortable. Nous ne sommes les uns sur les autres. Parking en contre bas sans être trop loin du logement, domaine sécurisé pour les enfants.

Nettes Haus, doch ohne Meerblick

Das nette Ferienhaus liegt in einem sehr schönen Gelände mit Whirlpool, Pool und Bouleplatz. Leider schaut man von diesem Ferienhaus jedoch nicht, wie in der Anzeige versprochen, aufs Meer, sondern auf zwei davor stehende Ferienhäuser, was dem Inserat nicht zu entnehmen war. Da wir das Haus der Aussicht wegen angemietet hatten, war dies für uns eine Enttäuschung. Die Vermieter waren sehr angenehm. Die Anlage eignet sich sehr gut auch für Hunde, da Anschluss an ein großes Waldgebiet mit schönen Wanderwegen besteht. Zum Meer läuft man 50 Minuten, da das Haus oben am Berg liegt.

Schönes Gite

Nettes Ferienhaus auf dem Berg über La Ciotat.Auto unabdingbar!!Schöner Pool.Der Meerlick von unserem Gite war allerdings sehr eingeschränkt.Die Vermieter wohnen auch auf dem Grundstück,stellt aber kein Problem da.Wir waren ganz zufrieden.Achtung Hundebesitzer,das Grundstück ist nicht überall komplett eingezäunt.

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréable dans ce lieu enchanteur. Les gîtes sont magnifiques, un mélange d’ancien et de moderne alliant la pierre et le bois tout en gardant le confort du moderne. La piscine avec vue mer est à tomber, et le spa un réel bonheur! L’emplacement est idéal pour se reposer en pleine nature et en même temps profiter de la vie animée du bord de mer. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette adresse à 200%
