Located on the 1ᵉʳ and 2ᵉ floor of a typical 19ᵉ century house, it can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. The flat includes a living room opening onto a terrace with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen and a master suite with shower room. Casa Ao is located on the front line of the sea. The Plage des Phocéens is just a minute's walk from the house.

Location: By staying at Casa AO, you are choosing a typical district in the 2ᵉ city of France and all at once on the seafront. Exit on your right, and you will have the road leading you to the Goudes district and Callelongue (long calanque). If you turn left, you'll reach the town centre via the beaches of the bain des dames and the pointe rouge, with its waterfront restaurants. Heading up the street, you'll come to the Marseillveyre massif and the Pastré countryside with its famous Roland cave. This is a typical neighborhood, sought after for its quality of life, sheltered between the city, the sea, the countryside and the mountains.
Transport links : The N°19 bus line passes at the top of the street and will take you to the town center. A more unusual option is the boat bus, open from the end of April to the end of September, which will take you to the Vieux Port by sea. Parking in the surrounding streets is free with no time limit. Saint-Charles station is 45 minutes away by public transport via Bus N°19 + Metro Line 2 The airport is accessible by shuttle bus to Saint-Charles station, but we advise you to use taxis or Uber-type drivers.

A Marseille Dream
Casa AO is special. Friends and family from Marseille were all astounded by the view and the location. The neighborhood is charming and walkable. It becomes crowded during the day in the summer, but staying at Casa AO means that you are where you want to be, both early and late in the day. This is not a tourist area, so you have to be willing to break the ice with the locals — there is always someone around who speaks English. The entry to Casa AO is fairly far from the street and up one flight of steep stairs, and the bedroom is up a staircase that is also steep and has no banister, so the unit is not for those with mobility difficulties or young children.

Der Aufenthalt war schön, das Apartment nett und gut eingerichtet. Die Badestelle ist nah.Nebenan gab es Bauarbeiten. Es gibt einen Air conditioner, den man wegen der Mücken auch braucht.
