😊 The rental contract will be sent to you by email. Once completed, you send it back to us, by email or by post. Bed linen and towels are provided only on request at €30 per room. End of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, a service can be provided on request at €60. Security deposit of €400, paid upon entry and returned upon departure after inventory, unless retained in the event of damage due to the rental.
