Following a bathroom renovated in 2020 with a shower, a sink and a washing machine.
The living room with equipped kitchen will open onto a large 25m² terrace
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.
The living room contains a sofa bed and a TV.
The terrace will allow you to enjoy the summer with a barbecue and a dining table.
