Amazing Riad in the heart of Marrakesh. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of all the Souks and the main square, and pretty much everything you would need during your stay is close by. The staff at the Riad really made this experience 10/10, making us feel like home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was simple but had everything you need and the outdoor seating area is great. I would easily stay here again.

The manager (owner?) of the property really takes charge of every element, from waiting to escort us to the hotel from our arranged car service, to providing us a detailed orientation including recommendations for dining and activities, to following up on general affairs of the hotel. All the staff were super accommodating and friendly, would recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech.

We had a really pleasant stay overall and would happily recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful throughout our visit. They kindly arranged our taxi to and from the airport, which made everything much smoother, and even came to collect us from the taxi drop-off point on arrival — a thoughtful touch that was much appreciated. The hotel itself is in a lovely location, nicely set back from the busy streets, which made it feel calm and relaxing while still being conveniently located. Our only minor criticism was that we were in a ground floor room, which could be a bit noisy at times. Guests occasionally sat out on the patio, and we could hear the hotel doorbell in the early morning. That said, we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the room, so it didn’t impact our stay too much — but it’s something worth noting for light sleepers. Overall, a great experience with warm hospitality and a peaceful setting.

It’s lovely riad and we enjoyed our stay very much thanks to Kameesa and her team. The room is very clean the breakfast was sufficient and the location was walkable. The hotel is located at the edge of the old Medina so it wasn’t far to walk to Jamaa al fina and was easy to get a taxi to hit the city center.

We had such a fantastic time at Riad Pachvana. The staff was phenomenal and the rooms and decor were absolutely stunning. We had full body scrubs in a heated marble room followed by massages, both were unique experiences and rivaled the best body treatments I’ve ever received. The food was incredibly delicious and prepared with great care. I wish we could have stayed longer!

My stay here was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The location is perfect close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing once you step inside. It truly feels like a hidden oasis. I booked a suite, and it was beautifully decorated, very clean, and incredibly spacious. It felt luxurious while still being warm and authentic, and it made the whole experience even more special and comfortable. The staff made the experience unforgettable. They go above and beyond in every possible way and are genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their hospitality alone is a reason to come back. The food was another highlight. The restaurant serves fresh, flavorful dishes that were consistently delicious, and the breakfasts each morning were amazing; local and authentic. Great Experience

This Riad is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly. They are honest and well versed as far as the type of activities you want to do in Marrakesh. The AC could be set a bit lower but at 115F outside I understand it can be hard and expensive to cool the space down.
