Bath water was incredibly hot. Made for a very good morning shower. Breakfast was nice, bread for toast was thicker than I prefer but toasters were set at the right setting.

Another repeat stay for a rugby game. Excellent position, comfort and very friendly staff. Every room is different, but comfortable and very clean. All the beds are great. Breakfast includes a good selection and is always very tasty. This will continue to be our 'go to' choice for games.

A lovely hotel ideally located a few minutes walk from the train station and central for shops. Hotel was clean, in good condition and staff were friendly. Rooms spacious and food was excellent. Breakfast is a white linen table cloth affair and gives a really lovely start to the day.

Room was consistently cleaned to a very high standard. I asked for a wake up call every day for the week and think it only came 3 times but I didn’t chase it up as it wasn’t super necessary for me. Other than that it was a lovely stay, very nice staff especially Kirsty.

Excellent stay in a lovely hotel

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in great condition. The bar was nice with a very good selection of drinks. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was really well located, central but on a quiet side street with a park across the road. We would definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Leicester.
