the room definitely felt neglected. dirty carpet , my feet were black after walking on it barefoot. the room smelled very moldy and musty. hairs in the tub and on the bedding. the small coffee pot was left on and used coffee pods and coffee left in it. it did nOT auto shut off,a true fire danger! a few spiders and bugs creeping around and cat food in the hallway leading to an outside door which was always found propped open(Horrible security issues here). Breakfast was marginal at best. Options of bananas or oranges would have been nice than just red apples. Juice machine didn't work. Front desk personnel were very kind and friendly. Location good for a stay in Mariposa. would stay here again if I didn't have a choice and if they would at least clean it better.

I think I've been staying here for the last 6 years anytime I'm in the area. Probably been here at least a dozen times and it's the same place I recommend to other friends. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always kind. High recommend the Miner's Inn.
