Maceranız henüz otele gelmeden başlıyor 1.cadde dedikleri belki (1km) yol en az 30 dk da ilerliyor. Otelin otoparkı varmı diye sorduğumuzda yok ancak arka sokağa park edebilirsiniz dediler. İlk önce orayı görmedik ve 1 caddeye tekrar gelmek için bir 7/8 km yol yapıyorsun lakin tek gidiş Tekrar dedikleri yere geldiğimizde oralarda park kesinlikle yasak olduğunu gördük ama 400/500 TL ödemek adına aracı yasak yere park ettik Öncellikle personnel iyi niyetli, yardımcı ve güler yüzlü onu belirteyim. 1 puan da onlar için.

Odamızda cam yok havasız.Banyo da kabin yok,wc ile aynı yerde berbat. Fiskiye bozuk. Ahır kapısı gibi kapı.Bu sitede sadece adımla kayıt yaptığım halde oteld 4 kişi için kayıt girişi bile yapılmadı.Konumu bulana kadar perişan olduk.Son sözüm odada kesseler kimse duymaz net.Asla tavsiye etmiyorum asla.

Seyahatimizden memnun kaldık… Odalar temiz, güzel ve personel sıcakkanlı… Tek rahatsız eden konu, rezervasyonu yaparken farkında olmadan tek kişi olarak yapmışım, ancak odada 2 kişi kaldık. Oda fiyatının iki katına yakın ek kişi için ücret istendi.

Öncelikle otel çok otantik çok orijinal sadece odada biraz nem oluyordu onun için de klima mevcuttu kahvaltı muhteşem seyrim ağrı vs gibi yerlere gidildiğinde çok daha pahalı bir kahvaltı geliyor

Tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Odalarda banyo olarak şeffaf duşakabin var - odanın ortasında - siz tuvaletinizi yaparken veya banyo yaparken arkadaşlarınız izliyor. Mecburen birisi lavabodayken diğeri dışarıda bekledi, bunu bilerek gidin. Sular yoktu kahvaltı veremedi, kahvaltı ücretini de otel ücretinden düşmedi. Sular genel olarak Mardin ve çevresinde 20 gündür kesiliyor dedi. Dışarıda kahvaltı yapabildik ama? Otel işletmecileri işletmeden zerre anlamıyor, aşırı derecede kabalar. 3 kişilik oda tutup iki kişilik rezervasyon yaptırmıştık bizi arayıp sormadan odamızı başkasına vermişler, çünkü parasını önceden ödediğim odayı bana sormadan başkasına verebileceğini düşünmüş ve bunun için açıklaması da önceki gece misafirlerin gelip onlara görünmeden 3 kişilik odaya yerleştikleri ve haberlerinin sonradan olduğuydu. Üstlerine gidince siz en iyisi rezervasyonunuzu iptal edin dediler. Saat akşam 9'da gidip başka otel bulmamızı istediler. Üstelik bu oteli iki gün önceden zar zor bulmuştum çünkü her yer doluydu. 15 dakika sonra odayı temizlettiğini söyledi ve satın aldığımız odaya geçebildik. Bunun dışında gece epey soğuktu ama taş konak zaten bunu tahmin etmiştik, soğuk problem değil fakat taş konak olduğu için içerisi çok nemliydi, odamın kapısı bozuktu kolu elimde kaldı ve içeride kaldım. Diğer bir eksisi de gece otele gelen misafirler bağıra çağıra kapıları vura kıra hareket ettiler lobide bağırarak sohbet edip güldüler ve gece hiç uyuyamadık, resepsiyondan kimse onları uyarmadı da.

Odalar güzel personal cana yakın ve yardım sever. 3 gece kaldım, memnun oldum. yönlendirmeleri çok iyi. odalardaki internet biraz yavaş (bölge kaynaklı olabilir) kahvaltısı güzel Olumsuz yanı, lokasyon bazlı otopark sorunu. Eski mardin yolu tek yön olduğu için park sorunu çok oluyor. tavsiye ederim :)
