This house, located in Mardié, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a radio, a DVD player and a CD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and 1 including 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The house features a vacuum cleaner, central heating, a washing machine, ironing equipment and cleaning products.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 40 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 8 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 8 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available nearby the location (some charges may be applied). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
The room on the first floor can be arranged with two single beds (90cm), or a double bed (180cm) as required. Parking is for free.
