This one level home boasts 3500 square feet on one level with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. It sits at the end of a canal in the highly desirable TigerTail Beach neighborhood with long water views. This U-shaped house is perfect for 2 families each taking one side, or perfect to allow the kids to have one end and adults on the other. Two bedrooms have king beds and en suite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and shares a double sink bathroom with the 4th bedroom that has bunk beds with a queen bed on bottom, twin XL on top and a twin trundle bed. This house is fun. There is an outdoor ping pong table by the pool and hot tub, along with a fire pit dining table to enjoy late nights out by the water. During the day, there are 4 Italian made lounge chairs to soak up the sun, and a hammock for 2 in the shade to catch a nap or curl up with a book. There is a basketball hoop, bags game, and every board game, card game, and puzzle you can imagine for family fun nights. Five bicycles are available and a cooler with wheels for the short ride to the beach for a day of fun. The family room boasts a large, plush sectional and the living room is set up for quiet time with a comfy sofa and swivel chairs to enjoy a game of chess or tic-tac-toe set up on the tables. The chefs kitchen has everything you will want from a waffle maker, panini maker, and pizza pan for the outdoor grill, to a milkshake maker and mixed drink shaker. The breakfast bar has four oversized barstools and the kitchen is big enough for everyone. The kitchen and dining room tables both have seating for 8. There is a smart tv in every bedroom to watch Netflix, Hulu, Prime, including a 65 inch tv in the bunk bed room with a gaming console, and an 85 inch smart tv in the family room with a wii and all the fun games like Wii Sports and Mario Kart. Grandkids loved the pool and hot tub. they used it every day. They also enjoyed biking to Tigertail beach and surrounding areas. The house was large enough to give everyone privacy when they chose. We have used on Marco Island on many occasions and this was the best stay yet!

We had a great time. The place was perfect for each of us. Plenty of room. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for our large gatherings. The pool was enjoyed each and every day. We would surely book this home again.

Beautiful home in a great location

The social space in the home, along with the pool and terrace are terrific, and there are so many personal touches and amenities to make the stay more comfortable including beach equipment, pool toys, games, several TVs, helpful notes and much more. The property is a 15 minute walk from the Esplanade shops and restaurants, and around a 20 minute walk from the Tigertail beach entrance.

Perfection!!

This home is absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway! The homes location couldn't be better. Close to the beach, yet close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. The 4 big bedrooms were perfect for our group. They have lots of fishing and beach gear available at the house. The pool and hot tub were great. We have had trouble in the past at a few vrbo homes with hot tubs not getting very warm, but this one heated right up with minimal wait time. All in all you will not be disappointed if you rent this home. We hope to return someday.
