Building / Balcony Construction Underway until End of November 2025

Enjoy the breathtaking view from this south corner unit at Sea Winds. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo on the 10th floor offers a panoramic view of the entire 3+ miles of crescent beach. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The living room includes a sleeper sofa suitable for children, but not for adults. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and there's a 55" Smart TV in the living room, complete with a sound bar and sub-woofer. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a dining area and comfortable balcony seating to savor the stunning sunsets. The condo features all-tile flooring and a brand-new full-size front-loading washer and dryer.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
