We had a great time. The property was exactly as described and very clean. Easy check in and our one question was immediately answered. Only downfall was the very spotty internet/wifi. We really wanted to watch some ncaa basketball games but due to poor reception couldn’t watch at our condo. All in all would definitely rent again

Comfortable condo…,quiet, too

Good ocean access, however we were too low (2nd floor) for a Gulf view!. Very nice pool. Close proximity to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.

Great stay!

This unit was clean, spacious, very updated and had everything we needed for a Marco Island stay! We enjoyed our time there. Note there are a lot of keys, codes needed to get around the property which took some getting used to. Also, had to to go through a security gate every time leaving or entering property. We would stay here again!

South Seas 201

Very clean and updated condo. Had all the amenities you could need. Nice bedding, updated bathrooms. Facility is well maintained and the security guards are friendly. It doesn’t have much of a view but that is reflected in the price. Management service was very responsive and check in and check out procedures were clear and simple. I would definitely look to rent properties they manage in the future

Beachy Decor

This was a well appointed, clean, spacious and well stocked property. Communication with Itrips was outstanding and will definitely use them in the future. The beach is a hike but to catch a sunset is easy. The condo has all necessary beach equipment so no need to buy or bring anything. Great place walking distance to several popular restaurants.

We had the most wonderful stay at this condo in Marco Island, FL. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning views, tasteful decor, and a sense of calm that only the beach can bring. The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The location was perfect—just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We especially loved sipping coffee on the balcony each morning while watching dolphins play in the surf. The building itself was quiet and secure, with friendly neighbors and easy parking.Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a relaxing family vacation, this condo is a gem. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

Great experience

We had a great vacation at this beautiful condo. It is nicely decorated and very well updated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and everything worked perfectly. The building is also very well maintained and the pool area was excellent. The location is perfect. There are several great restaurants within walking distance, and many more within a mile in either direction. The beach is magnificent and only a very short walk away. There is so much to do in the Marco Island area and Naples is only a 30 minute drive away. We had a great experience and look forward to returning.

Nice

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The property was very clean and the managers did a good job communicating. We had an issue with our lock and it was addressed immediately. The property had sufficient security. The only negative is the laundry instructions in the room could have been clearer, and upon arrival there was a 100 registration fee that I didn’t see disclosed in the booking process. Also, I didn’t expect the beach to be so far away from the property.

Unit not great but location ok

Bed was too high in one room and crappy mattress in the other. Kitchen cabinets had some very cheap plastic covering that was cracked. Cannot see gulf from this room. Decor is very cheap looking so for sure only for rental. Kitchen was ok. Had what we needed. Beach chairs provided. Pool nice.

Worse vacation experience in 20yrs

The condo itself was nice, the view was horrible, the walk to the beach was horrible, more information of laundry would have been nice (like the free vouchers being found on the last day instead of being in the email) the check in was inadequate. In my 20 yrs of coming to Florida this has been the worse visit ever and will never come back to Marco Island nor will I use itrip

South Seas and Sun!!

My family and I were traveling to Marco Island to be with our extended family for Thanksgiving. Due to the recent hurricane our accommodations were going to be a little tight. My wife and I decided to look for a place for our family (4 adults and 1 child), and found a very well appointed 2 bedroom condo that fit our family very well. Though we didn’t have a direct view of the beach the unit served us very well. It is newly renovated and stocked with the necessary utensils and appliances to make our stay feel like home. Not to mention the price was on point with our need for the week.
