RENTAL RESTRICTIONS: Les Falls allows only one reservation per calendar year, preferring long-term rentals (minimum 90 days). A $50 application fee is required 14 business days before arrival for approval.
Amenities include a sun deck, 60' lap pool, whirlpool spa, fitness center, sauna, game room, and lighted tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts.
NOTICE: From May 1 to October 31, during Sea Turtle Nesting Season, guests must turn off balcony lights by 9:00 p.m. and close drapes on Gulf-facing windows. Violations are subject to fines and legal costs.
