Loved our stay at the Barbarosa Beach house!

We had the best time vacationing in Marco Island! The Barbarosa Beach house was perfect for our two families. The house was very clean, had all the essentials, perfect setup, great location, quiet, great pool and many areas to relax! We will be back!

Had a wonderful time, only complaint was the neighbor had 3 dogs that were outside bark like crazy, and very little sun in backyard, but besides that great

Perfect house for us

We really enjoyed staying in the house. It was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean and very well decorated. It had all the amenities you could want. From beach chairs and towels down to laundry. The pool was gorgeous as well.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

Property is great. Worked well for our family. The only negative was the shaded pool area, no sun by the pool. The dock and side yard were great for getting sun though!

The house was beautiful my family and I enjoyed morning and evening swims in the pool , I felt safe for my 2 yr old grandson everything was fenced in and enclosed great place to unwind from the Hussite and Bussel of work and the world.

Family Vacation

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood. House was very clean, beds were comfy! Only complaint is there were no curtains/shades in the bunk room, making it hard for kids to sleep in. Otherwise everything was wonderful! We would defiantly rent this home again!!!

Barbarossa beach

Very nice, clean home. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, towels etc. large bedrooms. Manager responsive to questions and suggestions we made. Quiet neighborhood.

The perfect house on the water with its own beach!

We stayed here for 5 days with 6 adults and 3 kids and the house couldn’t have been more ideal. Very clean, new, and spacious with oversized living areas and bedrooms. The outdoor entertaining space and the large pool were outstanding and the property is located nearby the new Publix grocery store and only a short drive down Winterberry to the beach and all the shops off Collier. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Mark at iTrip for an another memorable trip back to Marco Island!

Great house, great location - Highly recommend

Everything was great. Location, loft for kids, game room, … would highly recommend. Only suggestion would be more pans, pots and towels. Guessing it’s a new VRBO - so amenities are a bit limited. To be fair, it wasn’t something i notified management of, so therefore 5 star rating as the house was awesome for our trip!

Awesome Time in Marco Island

We recently stayed at the property on Marco Island and it was absolutely fantastic! The house is stunning, with spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the outdoor deck perfect for evening relaxation and cocktails. The pool was pristine and offered a refreshing break after long days at the beach. Moreover, the location of this property is superb, offering easy access to local shops and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing detailed information about the area and ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Our time at the property was genuinely memorable, and we can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway in Marco Island. We're already planning our return trip!

The house was lovely, well laid out and stocked for two couples. The beach chairs were great and much appreciated. Wish we had more sunshine in back of house but still enjoyed our stay. The faucet (sink closet to door) off of the guest room leaks onto counter top. Missed light over sink when cleaning dishes, no problem.? Thank you!!

Beach Oasis

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this home with our family and an additional family. We had four kids total under the age of 2 and felt very safe in this home which was a huge factor for us: the stair gates, the lanai pool area and the gated SAND area along the water were wonderful to have with little toddlers running around . Our kids absolutely loved the pool and beach sand area, it was a great addition to this home to have the “beach feel” in our own back yard. We were able to see dolphins right off the back dock which was an absolute highlight to our trip. Mark and team were great with communication and always quick to answer any questions or help if needed. We will definitely be coming back next year and cannot wait!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed Barbarosa Beach tremendously! Everything was well thought out for all of your comforts from the easy to see labeled lighting to the heated pool, it was excellent! Option of single pod Keurig to a larger pot coffee maker to high end appliances, there wasn’t anything else we could have wanted. April was great as the pool was sun filled from morning to night. Several sliders which opened to screened outdoor living was a great feature. Plenty of places to find and relax. We had bikes delivered to the house for rentals for the week as Marco is a great place to ride bikes. My teenage boys loved the independence of riding around Marco as it is safe with sidewalks everywhere! One thing to keep in mind, this is a quiet street with neighbors on each side, but they were pleasant and we had no concerns/issues at all! I would highly recommend staying at Barbarosa Beach! We would have a hard time coming back and NOT staying at this amazing home.

Big House with Plenty of Room and a Great Pool...

This house was actually larger than we needed, and just as the listing suggests, could accommodate much more than our family of 4. Our girls (8 & 11) spent every afternoon in the pool, and loved it! It is very close to the local Y and an exceptional/family-oriented park less than half a mile away - outdoor sport courts, walking/bike trail, etc. In a quiet neighborhood but super close to everything! Professional management was greatly appreciated as the check-in and check-out process was super easy. We also appreciate that "the pros" know how to accomdate vacationing guests - clean towels and bedding, kitchen had all necessary items and included some paper products, grill worked great, second fridge on lower level near pool, outdoor TV, we could go on...Thanks so much for having us and we think you have an awesome home! -The Tacomas, Spring Break 2025

Relaxing and Comfortable

It’s so hard to find time as a busy family to unplug and decompress. My husband is a very successful business owner, I have a job that is nonstop and fast with little downtown, our oldest daughter just graduating from high school and off to Texas in the fall, so we really wanted a perfect vacation. And that is what we got! From the gaming on a rainy night to long, mornings in the beach (a short drive away), then afternoons in the pool playing pool baseball we had a fantastic time. The house was perfect, my 3 kids taking over the upstairs and opting to sleep in the bunk beds together, staying up late gaming, watching movies or whatever siblings do. The house was clean and in pristine condition and incredibly comfortable for our family. When we left we knew we would go back and are already looking into dates in the calendar for next year. I cannot recommend this house enough

Spring Break 2024

The house was great for our group of 8. Two family’s of four traveling together. There are basically two primary bedrooms on the main floor. Bunks in the loft were great. No window covering in the loft so early morning wake ups can be expected if they are not used to it. Pool was great. Had it heated to 88 for an additional charge but was worth it. Half the pool is shaded late March early April. Can’t beat the covered outdoor space. The largest we’ve seen based on the style of the house. With the breeze the shaded area was very comfortable when we stayed. Plan to bring extra laundary pods and dishwasher tabs because only a couple are provided. By the time you wash the bedding as requested or run the dishwasher a few times you'll need extra. We have been staying at rentals in Marco for the last four years and find that bringing some laundary pods, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags is better than buying the smallest size at Publix or Walmart.
