This house was clean & spacious in a quite neighborhood. The outdoor space was very nice - the pool was great with good views of the nearby canal. We would definitely consider this property again the next time we are in the area.

The property was as advertised, clean, open and spacious. The pictures were very accurate. The management team was always responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and provided the relaxation that we sought. It was close enough to any activity that we were interested in and the local restaurants. I honestly can't say enough but, thank you to the property owner for making their house available, the property managers for being so helpful and responsive.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found something special.The location is perfect – right on the water, with stunning views and just minutes away from great restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. But honestly, we hardly wanted to leave the house!The beds were heavenly – probably the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. The infinity pool and jacuzzi were pristine and such a treat for the whole family. We spent hours there every day, soaking in the sun and the relaxing atmosphere.Marco Island itself is a true paradise – peaceful, beautiful, and with that perfect laid-back vibe that makes you never want to leave.We’ve stayed in many places over the years, but this villa sets a whole new standard. I’m not sure we’ll ever find another accommodation quite like this. Highly, highly recommended!

Spring Break April 1 thru 8

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice, however, there were some major concerns upon arrival. The empty lot next to us has construction going on right now which we were not aware of. Large cranes, dump trucks, bobcats, etc. starting loud work at 7 a.m. did not make for a relaxing stay.One of the king beds had no sheets on it (i.e. was not made). A dirty pair of kids underwear were in the laundry room. Pieces of paper towel floating in the pool, along with a few straws and other trash also in the pool.Cleaning crew was still trying to fold some towels when we arrived at 4 p.m. Several towels we had to clean and dry ourselves. I would have expected more upon our arrival.

Spectacular!

This lovely home was nothing less than spectacular! It was very well-appointed and the location was perfect. Close to Publix, restaurants and the beach. Plus having the canal at your back doorstep was pretty awesome. All of the appliances were top notch. As beautifully advertised as the pictures were, they still did not do the home justice! I highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again. Owner and property management company we’re both a pleasure to deal with.
