The free breakfast was bagels fruit and coffee. I know it’s for COVID precautions but they could have done better, a lot better. They were full and only had 1person for checkin and a lot of rooms not ready. Sounds like a staffing or management problem

My son and I planned the trip to meet up with my daughter and children. The reason I choose thi hotel was for the pool. The day before I called and asked if the pool was open? I was told it was... Upon arrival on Thursday, I was told the pool was closed because maintenance had 'shocked' it. But, I was assured the pool would be open tomorrow at 10. At 11 we went to the pool, but it was locked. I went to the front desk and waited a fw minutes while the girl at the front desk held a public, yet semi-private via speaker phone with a friend. They discussed where they were going for drinks later in the day and etc.... When my time finally came, she told me that she would get maintenance to open the pool. 15 Minutes later we went to the pool, but it was still locked. I was told by the same girl that maintenance had told her that the pool was shocked this morning and it wouldn't be open for the day.. I told the girl that Josh had told me the same thing yesterday and I asked her who then was lying? She said that the maintenance person wasn't even there yesterday..... I then called Travelocity looking for direction, but was unable to connect with anyone there.. (I did receive a call back from T a few hours later, but my ire told me not to receive the call... to be continued.) While waiting for Travelocity, my room phone rang. I was asked if I was the guy who wanted the pool open and was told that it was now open.Wow!

2 day get away.

Pros: Clean, provides light breakfast, price is great.
Cons: Hot tub for winter retreat.
Location: Centrally located. Great vinyard at Flat Creek with a great lunch,/ dinner. Russo's is 5 mins. Away and great dinner overlooking water.
Reasonably priced, clean and good location. We know what we are getting when we stay here, usually very comfortable and affordable. Great beds.

Clean and comfortable with excellent service

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, service
Tyler and the staff were terrific.... Great restaurant and activity suggestions and very accommodating. We had a last minute challenge which threatened our precious 4th of July vacation, but Tyler saw our disappoint and flexed to accommodate us. Brand new hotel with B&B level service at a better rate. The breakfast is simple, but the service is excellent - ranked #1 among the 1800 locations. We experienced why they are ranked above the rest of the chain. You will be pleased!

Nice and clean

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, staff
Very nice comfortable room. The hotel is very clean, very quiet and close to town. It is across the river from where the town is, but it is close enough only about 3-5 minutes of driving. I like the it that way though, because you are away from all the noise. The rate was a little high during my stay because there were couple of weddings going on that weekends. I would go back and stay at this hotel again though but hopefully for a cheaper rate. Oh nice breakfast and friendly staffs.

OUTSTANDING HOTEL...VERYCLEAN..FRIENDLY STAFF

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The service we had in this hotel has changed our outlook in hotel choices. Holiday Inn Express is now our first choice. The hotel was beautifully furnished. The room was clean...close to immaculate. The cleaning staff does an outstanding job. The hotel staff was friendly at the front desk and just around the hotel in general. We were asked several times how our stay was going and if we needed anything. We had breakfast there the next morning which was very good as far as hotel breakfast goes. The staff in that area was outstanding as well. The coffee was fresh and tasty and available all night in the lobby as well. A plus for some. We also encountered the general manager a few times who was friendly and available. We were traveling with our toddler and the hotel is extremely kid friendly even housing a market place in the lobby with snacks for sale such as milk, cereal, and ice cream. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this beautiful area as this hotel is situated atop a hill and offers great views. It is definetly our first choice when we make a return trip.
