Stunning ground floor 1 bedroom apartment in the prestiguous La Alcazaba urbanisation. This beautiful and cosy apartment was fully renovated and refurbished in 2019, making it one of the most stylish and well decorated properties within the community. The urbanisation, situated just minutes walk from the beach and famous Puerto Banús, consistently wins awards for its perfectly manicured gardens and pristine pools. The community has 24/7 security, ping-pong tables, gym, spa, and during the summer months there an onsite restaurant.
Through the front door of the apartment, guests will find the bedroom on the right and the living room, kitchen and terrace on the left. The bedroom features a Super King size bed, attached bathroom with walk-in shower and ‘his and hers’ wash basins.
The open plan kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and includes; a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and all necessary cutlery, glassware and plates/bowls.
The living room is well furnished and offers a sofa bed that can sleep ONE CHILD (reservation needed), stool seating for the kitchen, smart TV, and fibre optic WiFi. The back wall of the room also helps keep the apartment nice and bright. The living room has large windows that leads off onto the terrace and provides the apartment with an abundance of natural light.
The terrace has chillout seating and also table and chairs for al-fresco dining. The terrace looks out onto the mature gardens of the urbanisation, and is just a 30 metres from the pool. Rental of the apartment includes a weekly linen/towel change and also access to gated parking within the urbanisation, with easy access to the apartment.
Sun loungers around the pool are complimentary throughout the year, with the exception of the Summer months where they can be rented for 5€/day per lounger. The gym and spa can also be used on a pay per visit basis.
