The style combines Boho charm with Organic Modern, reflecting the cultural richness of Marbella. Enjoy panoramic views of the sea, the mountains, and all the way to Marbella. The penthouse features five rooms, including three bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms, a guest shower room and a lounge with a sofa bed on the first floor. A highlight is the private rooftop terrace with a plunge pool and four sun loungers. The kitchen, equipped with Miele appliances, leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy your morning coffee from the portafilter or Nespresso machine. The living room features a 75" TV with a 5.1 sound system, and there are 45" TVs in the first floor lounge and master bedroom. The Weber BBQ grill on the terrace is ideal for sunset dinners. Sonos sound system, air conditioning, underfloor heating, 500Mbit internet, and an alarm system complete the experience.
