Older building that has been refurbished. Some areas look really nice but others not. The staff was friendly and kept things clean. Right on bay so there is a little snokeling beach that has turtle grass and mangroves.

The property was average at best but online it seems like a resort experience only to find out there is really no resort experience to speak of because everything has to be paid for completely separately. It’s well overpriced for a very bland average at best decorations, and activities. You still have to go out to do pay significantly extra to do anything. There’s nothing really like included as for a resort fee that you pay you still have to pay everything separate and the room itself for the amount the price and the location really was nothing to write home about I asked for a better room or some kind of concession something but the management desk isn’t really willing to help. They were nice enough like I said, bare minimum of everything as a person used to work in hospitality…. It definitely was an experience that left something to be desired while not horrible and everything was certainly clean. I would not come again, especially for those prices.meh

The food was good, although a little pricey, and the bed was comfortable. The pool area was crowded and the bar service very slow (not enough staff there). The "beach" is white gritty stuff - hard on the feet, although it was relaxing on the beach chairs. One of the reception staff was quite rude in a response to a question I had. it is not as good a resort as it thinks it is
