We try to take a trip to Marathon every year for the mini lobster season, and this hands down has been the best one so far. Lisa did everything she possibly could to make our stay awesome. From the ease of check in to the absolutely amazing house with all the water toys, chairs, towels, and outdoor grill station, this place has it all, including the chilled pool (which is amazing after a long day out on the boat) everything about our stay was perfect. We easily docked two 24' boats and with water and electric out on the dock made clean up a breeze. I definitely will be booking this place again in the future.

Absolutely the best home and hosts we've ever encountered in the Keys! The house has EVERYTHING you could ever need. Seriously, if you rent this home, you only to bring your clothes and your toothbrush! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and was appointed with every gadget and appliance you could want. Our family of 12, from 3 months to 65, all had plenty of space to be together or alone, as needed and desired. Our fishermen sons thoroughly enjoyed the dock and caught quite a few fish every day. We saw manatees, tarpon, sharks, parrot fish, rays, lobsters, and so many mangrove snappers. The sunsets were spectacular and the perfect close of perfect days.Lisa and Troy were very responsive and helpful. Communication was perfect. We were so sad to leave today. It truly was a slice of paradise! We cannot thank Lisa and Troy enough for sharing their beautiful home. God willing, we would definitely stay in this home again!

Amazing family vacation location!!

I can’t rate this place high enough!! Everything was perfect!! Very clean, extremely spacious and stunning views!! The kitchen is a dream and has everything you could possibly need. The pool with the chiller was a big hit with the temps in July!! Our host Lisa was fabulous!! We loved every minute of our stay and didn’t want to leave!!!

Great Week in Marathon

The house was awesome! We brought our boat and jet ski. Parking was great with plenty of room for 3 cats and 2 trailers. The boat ramp was only a block away in the same neighborhood. There were 11 of us and we never felt crowded. Snorkeling and fishing off of the dock was great. We saw many tarpon, mangrove snapper, and baby barracuda and a manatee visited twice during the week. Our grandchildren loved the pool. We hope to come back to this house in the future.

Repeat customers!

This was our second year staying here with friends and family and it did not disappoint! We love the house, and how the views from inside are as good as out. Our family of 6 stayed comfortably with another family of 5. We brought our boat and it was easy to dock out back with the boat ramp being very close by as well. The owner is very communicative and great at assisting with anything you need during your stay. We look forward to coming here again in the future!

Couples retreat

We had the idea of getting together with some other couples for a vacation and this worked out wonderfully. There was 5 couples and the place fit us great. The kitchen is amazing with ample appliances including an awesome ice maker. The one thing that stuck out to me about this particular property is there was room for everyone both inside and out. 10 people and I never felt like we were crowded even when we were all sharing the same area. Linda is a very accommodating host and communication was simple and direct. Close to the Publix and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Oh My Grouper!!!!

My family had the BEST time at Lisa and Troy's place. It was super clean, spacious and filled with anything you might want during your stay. Lisa and Troy are a delight! We rented a boat and caught fish for our 'fish taco's' dinners. The pool and hot tub were clean. The communication was great, and Lisa offered to help with anything we might need. We had dolphins and a manatee swim right under the dock!! Don't hesitate to visit! 1000 stars!!

Christmas in the Keys

We had 8 adults staying for Christmas week and found the house to be outstanding accommodations for all of us. From the enormous kitchen, to the living room that easily sat all of us easily, to very comfortable beds, we all found it perfect. Not to mention the dock with boat lift that held our 28 foot boat easily, to the heated pool and hot tub, huge outdoor grill and refrigerator for bait, the list could go on. Troy and Lisa were easy to communicate with and made sure we were happy with everything. We'll be back!

Reconnect family get together

Wonderful! The home is beautiful. We all enjoy ourselves immensely. Our 2 1/2 year old grandson enjoyed the pool the most. It has 3 steps that he could “swim“ on. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was so clean. Lisa is a wonderful hostess. She phoned to see if it were possible to drop off a key lime pie She was attentive to needs we asked for before we arrived. Be prepared that there are absolutely NO spices what so ever. There is also NO fish tank like it shows in the pictures. We were worried that we might have to feed fish in the tank but there wasn't a tank like it shows in the pictures. Sun rises and sets are breathtaking. Highly recommend this beautiful home for your family or friends to be pampered and reconnect.

Yearly Keys Gathering

This property is great for large family gathering. The house floor plan works great with a large kitchen that is fully stocked to meet all you cooking and dining needs. The location is great for fishing, boating, tubing and other water sports. Definitely would book this property again!

Fabulous family fun with great fishing!

The view of the Gulf was breathtaking. The kitchen was top of the line and so pretty. The fishing off the dock kept my family busy all day long. The pool was refreshing. The hot tub was enjoyable at night. The owners were attentive and very kind. It was really perfect for our group of 12. Everyone had a really great time.

Mini Season 2024

Fantastic week in the keys. Owners are great, very nice and accommodating. House is beautiful, clean and spacious. Kitchen was perfect for our large group (2 refrigerators). Plenty of room for 2 boat trailers. Cold pool!! The pool has a chiller. If you have ever stayed in the keys at a place with a pool and no chiller, you know what I mean when I say the pools get HOT (not refreshing at all). If I had a complaint, it would be getting from the dock into the boat on low tide. Not bad for athletic, in-shape people but my 74 year old mother in law had a hard time but we made it work. Our other boat was on the lift (thanks for letting us use it!!) so it was easier to get into. All in all, this house was the best house we have stayed in while in the keys for mini season, and we've been going for 20+ years. Tried to roll it over for next year and it was already rented. Our loss, someone else gain. Rent this place without hesitation!!

Perfect family vacation spot

Incredible week stay at Casa Azul! The house & outdoor area was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was amazingly large & well equipped. Beds & linens were comfortable and plentiful. If we were not sleeping or eating we spent our time outdoors. The dock, fishing equipment, kayaks, SUP, bikes and corn hole were in continuous use. Snorkeling, fishing off the dock was fantastic and the evening sunsets were our favorite part of our stay. The outside lights (including the ocean floor light at the dock) made the evenings that much more special. Manatees, shark, rays, pufferfish, barracuda, parrot fish, rainbow fish, tarpon, dolphin, one turtle and large schools of fish were always swimming by! Shopping and restaurants are very close and convenient. Lisa took very good care of us, we would definitely stay here again. Fantastic experience!

Perfect house for our family

The pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s also equipped with anything you might need, including coolers for you to use on the boat. We launched our 25 foot boat at the ramp in the neighborhood and kept it at the dock all week, and it worked out perfectly. The fishing off the dock is also great! We have a 1, 3, and 5 year old and there was plenty of space for them to run around, and they really loved the pool and hot tub. We will definitely return to this house. Also the owner and property manager is amazing, and available to help if you need anything!

Amazing oceanfront vacation stay for family of 11

Lisa and Troy have created a stunning oasis for all ages to enjoy. They have thought of everything; from the beautiful kitchen with large island, dining table, two full sized fridges, three dishwashers and an outdoor bbq grilling station. We were able to cook some fabulous meals and had ample room for all of us to eat together and share stories about the day. The home is spacious and we loved the layout and that it was all on one level. When we first walked into the home, the decor and bright windows with views of the ocean from every angle had us all pinching ourselves to make sure it was real. We saw some amazing marine life from the dock and while sitting and enjoying our morning tea and coffee, and in the afternoon while sipping a cool drink. We saw manatee’s, stingray’s, dolphin’s and sea turtle’s. Our daughter found a large conch shell with a big crab inside while snorkelling off the dock. There were also many varieties of fish to watch. We really appreciated all of the free extras that are included with the home like the kayak’s, paddle board, bicycles, fishing rods and gear. The cooled pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Lisa and Troy stopped by to make sure we were all having a good time. Lisa even brought us a key lime pie from the local bakery. They are wonderful hosts who really care about their visitors experience and we really appreciated their hospitality and stories about their home and the area. We would definitely come back again!

Family Spring Break

We had a great time at Casa Azul. Our host Lisa could not have been more accommodating. We had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to kayaks and corn hole. This house has a great floor plan and really takes advantage of the views. The pool was kept at a comfortable 87 degrees and the hot tub was at 102. It was a great place for a family trip!
