A idéia é muito boa. Minhas observações são mais externas do que internas. As acomodações são boas. Deveria ser cobrado da administração do prédio um melhor cuidado com a limpeza. As partes de metal do elevador estão imundas e a entrada do edifício merece um cuidado melhor. Se não tem manutenção constante é melhor não ter enfeites, só junta poeira e não dá uma boa impressão. Quanto ao quarto é básico mas dependendo do que se pretende atende muito bem.

Excelente estadia. Gostei da liberdade. Depois de reservado vc recebe as instruções e faz tudo sozinho. Cafeteira no quarto, silêncio, é uma dormida excelente. Se pudesse dar uma nota, de zero a dez, seria onze! Achei melhor que hotel devido à liberdade.

Super indico

Loft incrível. Compacto, limpo, confortável. Tinha disponível microondas, chaleira Eletrica, fogão elétrico, água gelada e filtro de água no quarto, sal, açúcar e óleo( facilitando preparo de pequenos lanches e café da manhã). Também tinha secador de cabelo e ferro de passar roupas. Fácil acessibilidade. Não tem estacionamento, mas deixei carro na frente do prédio. Fica em região bastante movimentada durante o dia devido comércio, mas a noite tem vaga fácil. Tem praça com opções de refeição há 1 quadra e padaria excelente em 300 m. Só sugiro manter janelas fechadas sempre! Tem ruídos de ratos e pombos pela canaleta central do prédio de madrugada. Mas dentro o ap é super limpo, desde a recepção, até o quarto.
