Bad choice in town

Shabby old hotel with poor rooms, bad beds, and no soundproofing and one of the windows was absent/missing and only a slotted sliding sunshade - meaning very noisy in the rain. Most of the room lighting didn’t work. The breakfast was mostly breads plus terrible hot options - worse than usual.

Great hotel. Only one complaint....

Nice hotel, very clean room and nice pool and bar area. Currently under renovation in the lobby but that was no issue. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the VERY long wait for our food in the restaurant for dinner. No excuse and completely unacceptable. This really ruined our plans for a relaxing and stress free evening and overnight stay following an already stressful day. Would stay again but eat elsewhere due to glacially slow restaurant service. I should specify that the included breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Quarto cheirando a mofo e banheiro sujo.

O hotel é bom, mas está com muito cheiro de mofo e a limpeza do quarto e do banheiro é muito ruim. O banheiro tem um mau cheiro horrivel e estava sujo, tinha ate fios de cabelo dos hóspedes anteriores. Precisa melhorar a limpeza e arejar o quarto.
