Very conveniently located and connected to the Convention Center. Multiple restaurants at site in the neighborhood. The only minor issue was when checking in, the tissue paper box was empty, there was no bottled water and the toilet was not fully flushed. I understand that it might be too rushing for the cleaning staff due to the big event. Overall a very nice and neat hotel

Age and use is starting to show in the details. For example, the coating on toilet seat was coming off and the missing pieces were painted over. Replacing the toilet seat is a simple and fairly low cost fix that should have been done. Free TV options are limited and there is an additional, and pricey, parking fee per day.

Nice location with sky bridge to mall. Condition of room wasn’t ideal, the complementary water had been opened and the room was missing a tv remote. We responded to the text question if we had a requests and we never got a response or a replacement for the remote. Disappointing since we couldn’t use the tv and were unsuccessful using the WiFi….nothing loaded and we couldn’t get connected to the member WiFi either.
