Room was little dirty compared to normal (stuff under glass that couldn’t be wiped). Shower was awful like air in the lines and spits at you. We have stayed many time do to the convenient a near convention center. We paid for late check out and never fails - keys always stop working even after paying for late check out and is very frustrating as we are in a hurry to get our stuff out and get back to competition on time . Also we need a micro wave when your food places close early.

After a pleasant check-in with the polite staff, we found the room extremely cozy and spacious, with plenty of seating, towels and other complimentary items. Not to mention the easy (and plentiful!) parking. I also felt quite safe walking around outside day and night. The views can be gorgeous and the rooms and hallways are quiet and hospitable, it is also connected to a mall and convention center which was definitely a first; I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Providence whether it's for a day or a week!

I cannot stop thinking about what a great location and hotel experience I had at the Omni. Everything was walking distance. I literally parked my car and never used it once in the two days in which we stay there. The staff was amazing; the food on property and nightlife were great. I would definitely stay there again.
