Welcome to paradise! Imagine sitting on the lanai with coffee in hand, listening to the waves crashing on the beach and watching a beautiful sunrise. Private beachfront house in a gated community has it all. Families are sure to have wonderful experiences together, yet plenty of individual choices for everyone. Water, whether you're happy in a pool, or enjoy sports on the ocean, or in the ocean; you can have it all. Plenty of access to grocery shopping , dining and entertainment venues. Full kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Large utility room with washer and dryer. Living room stocked with games, TV. Wifi, land line phone. Patio seats eight, and you can grill your fresh catch. Nestled in desirable Club Santiago in Manzanillo, MX, this delightful house offers a peaceful and pleasant retreat for our guests. Located right at the end of the road on a very walkable beach on the calm part of the bay. It is just steps away from a traditional fishing village featuring thatched roof restaurants with fresh seafood and authentic Mexican dishes. Travel a few blocks down the beach the other direction to one of the best restaurants in Manzanillo, if not the best. With 4 queen beds (each can be split into two twins) spread across 4 cozy bedrooms (two on the 2nd floor facing the ocean), this superb property provides an extremely comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of amenities such as the pool, hair dryers, grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, linens towels, etc., as well as 4 bathrooms (3 on suites) all equipped with essentials and each with its own shower. Daily maid service, included. Our in town property manager, Yesenia Lopez keeps assures our place is extremely clean and in tip top shape all season. She is very helpful with suggestions and arranging transportation, etc. We are just placing this back on VRBO as some of our long time renters are no longer able to travel to our home. We hope you enjoy what Casa Lang and what Manzanillo has to offer.
