We have stayed at this Vrbo condo twice, and while the location itself is nice, our experience has been disappointing both times because the advertised amenities were not available. The listing stated that guests would have access to Apple Valley’s pools and beaches, which was one of the main reasons we booked this property for our family vacation.Unfortunately, during both stays, we were unable to access the pools or beaches. This time, we did receive a refund for the pass at The Pines of Apple Valley, which we appreciated, but it still did not make up for the disappointment since we specifically chose this rental for family time at the beach and pool areas. We were not there for golfing, although the location may be great for golfers.The only water access available to us was the pond, where no pass was required. We feel the listing should more accurately reflect which amenities guests actually have access to before booking.
