2 bedrooms, including 1 room with double bed, cot couch with coffee table, TV, large desk with chair, and 1 room with 2 single beds, sitting area, and TV.
In the daylight bathroom there is a shower, toilet and sink, and 1 washing machine.
In the hallway, right next to the kitchen, there is a cozy dining area
When moving into the apartment, the beds are already made, and 1 towel and 1 shower towel per person.
In a shoe rack behind the entrance door, men and women swim mules are available.

This is included in the price.
The owner and landlord live in an apartment on the same floor, so they are usually available as contact persons.
If this is not the case, communication via mobile phone is always possible.

Can also be rented for a longer period of time, then please negotiate a price with the landlord, since the monthly rent is much cheaper than stated here if you stay longer.

When moving out, the apartment must be left in a swept-clean state, dishes must be clean in the cupboards, as found.

For stays of 3 months or more, payment is made in advance for 1 month
