Booked with 3 weeks notice and paid upon booking the full rate for the room.The owner however cancelled our booking without notification which left myself, my wife, and our 4 yr old on the street in the rain with 6 bags and nowhere to stay for the night! Still waiting to hear from them as to why they cancelled our booking like this. The reception gave a vague reason as being the owner had a booking for a longer duration of time so just cancelled our one night's stay without notice. Never have I ever been left so stranded!

We had a great time at Parkside

The host was very kind and accommodating. Also the security staff at the gate and lobby were very kind and helpful. Great location for restaurants shopping, and casino. Thank you we would definitely stay here again!
