Enjoy a swim in the 5.7m x 3.7m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5m to 1.7m. Lay down on five loungers and enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun while the children are playing in the pool (we can supply you with a pool fence). The porch and the terrace are nice spots for having a barbecue with friends. A small garden with fruit trees provides you with fresh lemons and oranges (pending on the season). The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors. The bright rooms are distributed on two floors. The air conditioned sitting-dining room invites you to sit down on the sofa and watch a film on the TV (satellite) or to enjoy a nice family dinner. The well equipped kitchen has everything you may need for cooking, including a vitro hob. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can choose between three bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a double bed and the latter with a single bed. If you come with your baby, we'll prepare a cot and a high chair upon request. There are two shower bathrooms available, one of them outdoors. One bedroom has a safe box and there are two fans. Mancor de la Vall is a quiet mountain village in the Tramuntana Mountains, perfect for hiking and cycling, for example to Ses Fonts Ufanes or the Campanet Coves. In the town center there are good restaurants and a grocery shop. More services are located in Inca, 5 km from the house.
