The hotel was nice, conditions good. However, the WiFi in the room was non-existent. I was in Manchester for a work trip and the only way I was able to get work done was to sit in the lobby / bar which wasn't ideal as I was hoping to get work done at the desk in my room.

Great hotel with modern spacious and comfortable room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I think I got a trainee when ordering dinner though as he was a little unsure what to do. This isn't a complaint, I understand that new people need time to learn and it didn't cause me a significant inconvenience, maybe a little more supervision for new staff would be good?. Food was good but not very hot. Breakfast was good with a decent choice of food.

We never ate at the hotel. Have a few good cocktails in the bar .The room was nice and big but could do with dusting. Staff were very friendly.
