The floor to ceiling windows illuminate the rooms and provide lovely views from high in the building. The semi-open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table and a space to relax on the sofa and watch the Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, as well as a smart Tv with Catch up Tv Apps. There is a sofa bed for 1 person bed in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking). The spacious bedrooms feature king size beds, plenty of storage space for clothes, full length windows and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a powerful shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

Set in a quiet and safe area, with nearby shops and restaurants, this is the ideal base to make the most of the city. There are tram and bus stops 2 minutes from the property, taking you to other areas of the city within minutes. You are also just 5 minutes walk from both Old Trafford football and cricket stadiums.



Getting Around:

There are tram and bus stops just 2 minutes from the apartment, meaning all areas of the city are within easy reach. There's also plenty of shops restaurants and bars within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4- 6 people.



There is a sofa bed for 1 person bed in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking).



Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.



For security reasons:



· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
